Data Literacy Lunchless Learn - Session 2
Get the background you need… to play with text and text mining using Google
We already know that Google servers store copies of all the words we use for searching as well as words authors have written in their articles with Google Scholar and into their collection of Google Books. This session will show you how to use tools from Google to explore and then dive into this corpus.
Concepts: frequency and sequencing; concordance and classification; algorithms; temporal variable; mining versus analytics; scalability and real-time analysis.
