Description
Requests for booking of the Ko'jua Okuom will be accepted for events that serve to highlight Indigenous knowledge, support Indigenous students, and engage Indigenous communities. It is available to all but the event must have Indigenous content.

Equipment & Technology:
This room is equipped with standard Dalhousie classroom technology including:
- Podium pc
- Large screen and projector
- Wireless lapel mic
- In room speakers
- Document camera
- Laptop connections for LAN, USB-C, and HDMI
- Webcam
- Touchscreen control on podium
Teams Meeting Instructions:
- Room's System: Use the podium computer for Teams meetings, which auto-selects the camera, mic, and speakers. The webcam and microphone (all in one) are on top of the podium monitor. Stay behind the podium when presenting for the best audio and video.
- Using Your Laptop: Bring a good webcam and mic (or borrow from Dal AV). Connect your laptop via USB-C or HDMI and you must select the corresponding icon on the touchscreen to display. Your laptop must have a network port to use the LAN cable.
- Internet: Use valid Dalhousie Credentials to connect via Dal Wi-Fi or LAN cable. Ensure your laptop is registered on the Dal network. To register visit; https://dalu.sharepoint.com/sites/its/SitePages/wired-connections.aspx.
