Description

The Program Rooms are event rooms designed with flexibility of use in mind. Tables and chairs are all on wheels to allow the room to be quickly and easily rearranged. A collapsible wall can be removed to combine the spaces, and Program Room 218's exterior wall can be removed for large events. Each room has podium, projector, and sound system, and combining the rooms will also combine the A/V equipment into a unified easy-to-use unit.

• 24x Chairs

The Program Rooms are reserved for student-centred and/or university-sponsored events during the academic year. External bookings are welcome during the spring and summer months. The Program Rooms may be booked separately or as a combined space.
